Lee Harvey operates Burnshire Hydroelectric, using variable frequency drives and a novel generator scheme.  Awarded over 1 million dollars in research grants over the last ten years, his operation was awarded ultra-low impact certification by LIHI.  His interest include reducing interconnections costs and developing low cost fish transit methods.
