Richard Dahl is the CEO of cmplid:// Inc., a security program management company specializing in cyber security regulatory compliance and passive vulnerability management.  Between leaving the US Army in 1998 and launching cmplid:// in late 2015, he held a variety of positions in the electric, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and technology sectors.  He led many large security projects, contributed to a number of industry documents, and has spoken at a variety of conferences regarding cyber security issues both within the United States and Europe.
