Frank Blackett
Frank graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City with BS degrees in Geological Engineering and Economic Geology. After graduation, he worked in the gold mining industry and received a MS in Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering from the University of Nevada – Reno
After graduate school, Frank worked for consulting firms in Las Vegas, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo, Colorado, before going to the Bureau of Reclamation in Denver. He then went to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Portland, Oregon, and became the Regional Engineer of the San Francisco Regional Office of the FERC in 2014.
