Darren Brinker is an Engineering Manager and the Chief Dam Safety Engineer at Denver Water, a position he has held since 2012.  Prior to Denver Water, he spent about 16 years working for consulting firms.  Darren has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and MS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Denver.  His entire career has focused on dams and dam safety including conducting dam safety inspections and assessments, managing dam safety programs, and performing analysis and design related to dam rehabilitation and new dam design.
