Mr. Cano has worked for the Bureau of Reclamation and the hydropower industry since 1990. He started in electrical design, then into operations & maintenance of hydro powerplants, and is now focused on a variety of power program activities. He coordinates regularly with the Bonneville Power Administration and the Corps of Engineers Northwest Division.
